About the Sullivan Center
The Sullivan Center was created in 2008 in honor of the late Dr. Bill M. Sullivan, former director of USA/Canada Mission/Evangelism for the International Church of the Nazarene.
The Sullivan Center’s vision is to connect MNU’s Department of Christian Ministry and Formation and the local church community with the purpose of addressing the lifelong learning needs of ministers and their congregations.
Dr. Sullivan was an encouragement to local pastors, and challenged the church to boldly engage in innovative ministry practices based on study of cultural trends. Dr. Sullivan founded the Association of Nazarene Sociologists and Researchers and served as a church planter, pastor, district superintendent, author, and consultant throughout his career in ministry. For questions about gifts to the Sullivan Center, contact Tim Keeton, Associate Vice President for University Advancement, at 913-971-3275.
Our Mission is to nurture partnerships to
explore | relate | practice | reflect
for lifelong focused learning in the ministering community.
